PH CENSUS OFFICE

Certifications on the following are obtained from the Civil Registrar General, National Statistics Office in Manila: (1) birth, (2) death, (3) marriage, (4) no record of marriage, (5) adoption, (6) legitimation, (7) dissolution of marriage, and others.

If a Filipino in China is unable to apply personally at the NSO, a request for certification may be sent by email to c.lalicon@mail.census.gov.ph or simply log-in to : www.e-census.gov.ph

Philippine legal documents that will be used in China have to be authenticated first by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
