Outlook Philippines is the official publication of the Philippine Consulate General in Shanghai.  It is a bilingual publication that covers trade, investment and tourism in the Philippines.  It also covers the various events hosted by the Consulate General. The Outlook Philippines started as a printed publication.  Since 2006, the Consulate General has converted it into an online publication and emails it out to various individuals and companies in China.  To subscribe to Outlook Philippines please email to econ@philcongenshanghai.org
