Transfar Group is a multi-industrial company specializing in chemicals, logistics, agriculture and investments.  It is one of the Top 50 Chinese companies for Brand Competitiveness and one of the leading companies in Zhejiang Province.  In 2007, Transfar Group’s total revenue was RMB10.27 billion or roughly US $1.5 billion.  Transfar’s logistics base in Suzhou, is an  RMB 1 billion investment which includes infrastructure, management services and a platform for e-commerce.

In her talks with the Mr. Xu and other officials of Transfar Group, Consul General Sanchez said that there are many business and investment opportunities open for Chinese businessmen in the Philippines.  Citing the visit of H.E.
