Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and Vice President Noli De Castro during the Central China Expo

Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and Vice President Noli De Castro met at the sidelines of the 5^th Central China Expo.  Both were in Hefei City, Anhui Province as guests of honor of the organizers of the expo. 

Together with Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and the six governors of Central China, the Vice President cut the ceremonial ribbon formally opening the Central China Expo on 26 April 2009.  END
